End user license agreement
If you buy any software on this site you are subject to following conditions:
- All the software is provided “as is”.
- I can guarantee that software would run only on devices that meets system requirements. If you buy it for a non-compatible device, no refund is possible. But in this case you can resell your license to another person.
- All the responsibility for all actions, that you will do lies with you.
- I can’t guarantee working all modes with all devices. All the features depends on, whether they are supported by the remote device or not!
- You can install the software only on a single device.
- You can’t share main .exe file in the Internet. If you do it, you wouldn’t recieve any updates.
- The software is still in developing, so you can get free updates of the full version within the limits of one major version (if you buy version 0.9.xx, you can recieve free updates up to 1.9.9.9) when they are released, report about bugs.
